Fixed and Broadband Engineer

Male or Female

• Age: from 22-32.
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-year experience in Computer systems and Transmissions, GPON/OLT/SWICH/ROUTER
• Be able to create content, activations
• Get-the-job-done attitude
• Creative and open minded person
• Written and oral English communication ability
• Strong documentation skills. Ability to make reports on Microsoft word or excel.
• Able to climb poles and perform overhead work. Flexible time to work with shift schedule or over time

• Deploy new customers

• Survey the condition before deploy new customers
• Make plan and perform pulling cables for new customers

• Troubleshooting and fix the customers complaint

• Troubleshooting and reporting system related problems
• Provide solutions to improve network quality
• Support NOC in network analysis and troubleshooting

• Design network

• Design and implement new services according to business requirements (Lan, Wan, Load-balance…)
• Routine audit the system

• Follow tasks given by Manager

• Salary:

Negotiable
